Does a real Dermatologist perform this service?

All Rapid Assessments are performed only by a Canadian Board-Certified Dermatologist with a minimum of 9 years of medical training. (French Dermatologists available upon request) You can view the profiles of our Dermatologists here

Can I get a receipt for my Rapid Assessment?

Should I use this service?

What happens if my concern cannot be cared for in a Rapid Assessment?

You will be refunded minus a 6% external credit card fee. For monthly subscriptions, you can submit an alternative skin/hair concern for that month. Or, you can cancel anytime before the Dermatologist provides their assessment to you that month. Please view a list of conditions that we CAN treat here -Acne (one exception: we cannot provide Accutane via Rapid Assessments.
